I called this project ‘Life on a postcard’ because I took quotes from my subjects that were very honest statements about themselves / their lives, photographed and illustrated these quotes. I chose to use the postcard medium to enforce the messages because it is a classic form of communication. The quotes were hand written by the models to enforce the personal nature of the project.
